Returns Information
We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy for unworn and unused items. The 14-day window begins upon receipt of your item as specified in your tracking information.
Return/ Exchange Fee:
A return pickup fee of₹150 will be charged on all return and exchange pickups.
The pickup shall only occur once the customer has paid the fee through a payment link shared by us. This fee will be waived if the customer ships the product back to our warehouse.

We will arrange a reverse pickup within 4-5 business days of your request.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit equivalent to the total amount paid.
Note: If we're unable to arrange a pickup from your location, customers are responsible for returning the parcel to us.
