Return and Exchange Policy

Domestic Return Policy (India)

You can exchange/return your unworn/ unused product within 14 days of the date of delivery. All items must be unused, not washed, and in their original blue bag packaging with the tag. Please initiate your return/ exchange using the link below-

Return/ Exchange Fee: A return pickup fee of ₹150 will be charged on all return and exchange pickups. The pickup shall only occur once the customer has paid the fee through a payment link shared by us. This fee will be waived if the customer ships the product back to our warehouse 

Timeline for Refund and Exchange: We will arrange a reverse pickup in 4-5 working days from the date of request. Refund shall be made through the original payment mode within 7 business days. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the customer will be given store credit equivalent to the total amount paid. This store credit can be used anytime for a period of one year from the provision of the credit. Please note that if from any place we are unable to pick up the parcel, the customer is expected to send it back.

Orders Ineligible for refund or exchange: A product already exchanged is ineligible for refunds or exchanges. If a product is bought on store credit or partially bought on store credit, the store credit will not be eligible for a refund. A product bought on store credit is ineligible for exchange

Products bought during a sale or from the clearance section are ineligible for return and exchange.
